Tuner advice needed.

Not possable to get. Push the pedal to 2500 and it constantly bounces fro 1100 to 3000 rpms. These are in no way acurate, but here you go 31.5 IPR and 1150 ICP with a temp of 202.

I dont see how, I cleaned eveything I took off that wasn't replaced.

have you got all the air out of the HPO I assume so since its up to temp
all the code said was icp did not match desired icp and trouble shoot the ICP system

It surges and then you would think it had died, but then it revs back up. Up down up down up down. Then it will run perfect for about sixty seconds and start again. I did get the code cleared and then it ran great for about a minute and the code comes back again and here we go again with the additude problem. After all the work it threw the 0403 and 0405 codes. put the egr valve back in and they cleared and it ran great for about 2-3 miles before all this started up.

Man, I don't know. I drove the truck about 20 miles. Is that enough time to get the air out?

ya thats enough time to get most air out mine passed and air bubble the next day but I did not have your same problems
sorrey that sucks but hang in there you will get it sorted out
start a new thread saying new oil cooler with codes or somthing the techs will be more likly to respond
check the wireing to icp make shure its plugged in fulley no bent pins
06 truck needs a programmer to get rid of some of your egr codes

The funny thing to me is. The two times I got the codes cleared it ran good. Almost as if the code told the truck to run like crap. Another thing is why in the blazes does it run better than ever with the pedal to the floor? It will boogy and sounds great but when you let off the pedal it goes to pot.

I did read something about the brand or type of oil used. Is this a possability. I used Rotella T 15-40. (tripple protection)

well rotella is widely used and I dont think is causeing your problem
did you use a ford oil filter
maybe the drainback for the oil filter to crankcase is stuck open

Yes, I used all ford parts, except for the egr delete.

If you need the part# 4C3Z-9F838*A icp sensor 5C3Z*12224*A connector pigtail that gets oil in it. About $165.00. Hope this help, Curt

I am leaning towards a clogged IPR screen the It only takes a little crap or lint from your rag to clog it up
this is what I feared when I did mine I took my time and keept it clean and I mean spotless alot of cleaning with compressed air
