If you have a mass air meter at the air box and intake tube , then its MAF , it will have a wiring harness pluged into it ....the maf will have one big tube from the air box then split in two at the TB....

I can't see the meter in the picture but it looks like MAF , so it will have the good roller cam and SFI and probably the 4R70W with the wide ratio....

Here is a better shot of the intake. I do have the 4R70W but I dont know about SFI or a roller cam. I do know from reading specs that the engine is rated at 195 hp, 275 fp tq, so it's not a tire burner by any means
The two tubes on the throttle body will have two tubes going into the air filter if it's speed density. If it's MAF. the throttle body will have a tube connected to it joining the lines and making one big tube going to the air intake with a cable plugged into an electronic device on the air intake tube. I don't have pictures so I hope what I said makes sense.
Yep its MAF , the 94 will be a roller , i think all the maf motors got the seqential fuel injection , just like the mustangs , the good stuff , the hp should be about 205 HP....

According to the Wikipedia article on F150 trucks, the 5.0 is rated at 205 hp except for the AT models (probably the vast majority) which are rated at 195 hp..
