Hey Mat, i guess i did not make myself clear, use a very thin layer of caulking on the tape edge and wipe off any excess caulking with a damp rag. you just want to seal the edge of the tape to prevent bleed through. the carpet along baseboards, run the tape up the base 3/8 of an inch or so,(more or less depending on how plush the carpet is or is not) then pull it away and tuck it in with your fingers. a 1.5 inch sash brush will be fine for painting the baseboards.
Sweet! Thank you for your help, sir. I'll probably be getting on this tomorrow as I need to get it done before I go down to San Diego for an oral board and more testing next week.
Wow...Thursday already?! This week is flying by for me. Still job hunting. I hate job hunting out of state. Seems to me that most employers kind of throw your resume away when they find out that you're applying from out of state. Like they don't feel like dealing with you and you transferring in after they hire you. Kinda stinks. However, I'm still applying and trying to bother as many potential future employers as I can.
I hope everyone is having a good week and they have a great weekend planned!
Luke,
I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one having a bad day/week!
I'm on my 3rd marriage & it's my hubbys 1st, so I've been through all this sh** before. I swear...if this marriage doesn't work - I'm giving up on men! I'll go find me a hot, sexy woman. LOL!
Hahaha, a girlfriend & I were having that same discussion last weekend, no problems right now for either of us but this is my 3rd & her 2nd, and we both agreed if things don't work out we're done after this. I have some friends who actually did go that way and they couldn't be happier lol !
Getting ready to head over to Chico for a weekend pool party, can't wait !
It's actually one that I built. Three sheets of MDF, some power tools, an old broken laptop and a monitor.
Pretty much used to run MAME and old NES emulated games. I bought some arcade joysticks and buttons off the internet and put it all together. Right now I have to reinstall Windows XP on the laptop due to some technical glitches (Used to be a home theater PC, so it's loaded with too much extra junk). Then my kids should be able to get back to playing Frogger and Pac-Man.
