My 03 f350 has 2 broken studs on the passenger side manifold and 1 on the drivers. Ticking isn't so bad that it drives me crazy yet. I also have cat back dual exhaust which is a little less restrictive. Im not looking forward to this repair at all that's why I'm leaving it till it starts driving me nuts. Btw , they say the y pipe is the real root of the issue so while your doing manifolds with stainless bolts or studs/nut do the y pipe or you may be doing it all over again in the future.
