I seem to have lost performance on my starter. It happened over night. Just cranks enough to get it started instead of spinning it over like it used to do. (1999 F350)
I had a new set of batteries on the shelf so I swaped them in with little change.
Charges at 14.3 Volts so that is good.
Is my starter bad? Or am I missing something here?
