Starter????

What is the difference between Automatic starters and manual starters???? I just put a manual in my bronco and the starter does not fit!! There is a hump on the starter that hits the flywheel. If i just grind it off so you think it would work????

There is a big difference. An automatic's flywheel is much thinner than a manual's. Exchange your starter for the correct one before you mess up your flywheel!
