Excursion A/C not cold

Excursion A/C not cold
My '03 Excursion v10 is not as cold as it should be.
Idling on a hot day Im only getting 65F out of the vents. The X is black, and Im in Houston..
so please help a brutha out
-Compressor clutch engages correctly and compressor continues to run as long as needed
-R134 level/pressure is good
-Condenser cleaned/degreased
-Fan Checked and working well/ giving good airflow

Look at the gray vacuum line that runs from your right side just over valve cover to rear of ac fan on outside fire wall.
Mine had popped off... I put back in and all was good.

Yessir.. thats fine. I also tested the operation/vacuum of that valve too.

Also, check your compressor clutch gap. If it's too wide, the compressor is not engaging.

Yessir, done.
The gap is good and the compressor engages and stays engaged when necessary

Nope, Ill check that too. I guess the front and rear. where are they located?

Im gonna check the orifice tube also, do I need to evacuate the r134 for that?

Mustve had a brain fart
cuz I know where they are. BUT do i have to disconnect the evap. and take it out in order to clean it?
