hey guys, I figured it was time to tackle the not so cold a/c on the beast...
hooked up my gauges to it and had it at 2000 rpm, engine at operating temp. ambient temp was 78 temp out of the vents was 58
low side pressure 22 high side 210
air gap is good on clutch
compressor does not cycle
im thinking of just doing new compressor, condenser, dryer, and orifice tube and hoping for the best but would like to narrow down if I could, just me I guess lol
I always tell people to start here... Make sure this grey tube is plugged in, if it's not the ac will be cool but never get cold. Take a look you may get lucky.

I know this is an old thread, but does anyone know the part # to this grey tube? Mine is cracked and needs to be replaced.
Otherwise, any dealer parts department can look it up and see if its a stocked item (probably not).
Thanks for the input, the whole hose is very brittle so I think I'll just replace it. I'll swing by the dealership on the way home from work and order one up.
