04 excursion no power at compresser

Checked fuses, relays, low pressure switch, switch on high side line. Compressor runs and gets cold when voltage is applied to compressor.

Welcome to FTE! You will most likely get more responses if you post this in the excursion forum. Is it possible that it is just too low on charge so it won't switch on?

I would initially guess the charge is too low as well. You want to be careful trying to run with a low charge too because you could burn up the compressor.

It would be best to get a set of gauges on and see what the readings are.

With it running and ac on, wiggle the high and low pressure wire plug in's. They can become loose and lose the connection. On my first PSD I zip tied one of the plugs to one side pulling sideways on it and it worked that way for a long time.
