Well in that case I do not believe I have helped very much. Just keep on searching there has to be a logical explanation for your problem. I will look at my prints again and see if a light bulb comes on.

If you would have clicked on their profile you would have seen one hasn't been on the site since 2011, and the other since 2013. So, you're not going to get an answer.
Hmm - Under-hood air. That may affect things (wiring).
With a stock 6.0L in an F-series:
There is a harness crossover under the air filter, at a stud on the corner of the valve cover that can cause problems if the clip on the harness is missing and the stud is poking the bundle. Also, near the steering column, where it goes through the firewall, or at the accelerator pedal pivot point, lastly the PCM harness can chafe at/near the PCM or at Connector C145 or C1010. Also, can get this code from a shorted out EBP sensor (along w/ an EGR code and possible ICP, Baro, and MAP codes) due to shorted out v-reference circuit 351.
Monitor v-reference voltage! Post back what it is.
You can disconnect many v0reference sensors and see if it helps (EBP, ICP, EGR valve are the most failure prone)
