check out the link to this thread. Skip described a similar situation that turned out to be a fitting. I was going to copy and past the pics to your thread but it's probably better you see it all.
Thanks, I checked those aswell it is dry up front ,just wet near the back, I also checked the hpop plugs and they are tight. I did install a hpx hose and did the ccv mod then I noticed it began to leak. I thought it would be the hpx line but no it's dry. The ccv does route to the back by the axle, would it be to much pressure in that long run of hose causing pressure in the motor making it leak?

The length should not be a problem. I have had the CCV mod on my F-250 routed back by the fuel tank for about 5 years without any problem. Did the same to the Excursion a few months ago. Just make sure you can see the gasses coming out the end of the hose to be sure there is not a restriction in the line. Keep an eye on it during the winter, some folks have had the sludge freeze up if they had a low spot in the hose.
If everything else looks dry I would probably consider taking the turbo off again and see if you can isolate the problem to the pedestal. Like Hotroddsl posted I would think it would be there or one of the plugs considering the amount of oil in a short period you were losing.
When mine was leaking at the EBPV rod it would take some time to build up into a puddle in the valley and drip down the weep hole - unless the PCM is telling the EBPV to activate - but it's not cold enough for that right now.
Remember international designed that engine to be a negitive pressure operation crankcase, so by removing your ccv and routing it back so far you have converted it to a positive pressure operation crankcase, I would at a minnnium be sure to shorten it to no longer than 24", cut the hose end at a 45* angle and firmly mount it in a position where it will extend into a low pressure area under your truck at cruise speeds so it Will act as a road draft tube to scavenge waste gasses from your crankcase! otherwise I would be seriously considering shortening my oil change intervals to 2000 miles, as your not getting waste gasses out and that's going to tear up your oil, my 2 cents and 25 years!

Thanks for the help everyone, took it all apart again today and did the ebpv delete (since I was already there) cleaned it again double checked everything and went for a drive, seems to be good now. Just need to wash under the hood again and go for a drive. Can't find a resistor for the plug is there a compnay that sell a plug for the ebpv?

Today must be the day for fixing oil leaks! I was just going to say thanks to White Buffalo for the link. I read through that as I was getting motivated to find the leak on my motor and it turned out to be the exact same issue. So thanks for saving me a few aggravating hours of time.

Hope it worked out for you I can't believe how bad my oil leak was it was spraying all over the exhast up pipes, exhaust and the valley. At the start I thought it would be easy to find yep I was wrong, but I did learn some things today. Don't know if thats good or bad, he he.

You can buy the DFUSER code fooler plug online for about $40. Here is a link to one site:
I used the Radio Shack 470 ohm resistor that someone had posted on the forums before. Bought a pack of 5 at Radio Shack for $1.05. Worked like a charm! Just folded the wire ends in half and plugged it right into the open EBPV plug and covered it with some tape to protect it from the elements.
