A truck can fail simply because of the operator, and nothing more. If it passed last year, and you haven't had any issues with it since then, it should pass again.

ya i called and complained to the owner and he said he would test it, he is the one that has always done it but i am going to change my oil run a fresh tank of diesel and take down maybe some were else still i have not decided. i will let you guys know when i take it thanks for the help. This is crazy stuff since i have never had any problems and all i did all year was the fuel pump.
