E-Brake cable
I have e99 CC LB 4x4 and I can't find out how to adjust the cable. I put in new brakes and e-brakes also and the cable is tight. I've traced it back down the frame and there is no place to adjust it. When I push on it, it clicks one time and is very hard. It was this way before I replaced the brakes also. I'd like to get the padel at least in the half way area. Thanks,

I would back off the adjusters of the e-brake shoes. It seems to be the only point of adjustment in my Ford manual also. Mine is pretty tight too. I never use the e-brake that much with my automatic, but do use it on occasion when working on the truck while in neutral.

Matt. if your talking about the star adjuster that adjusts the shoes I've done all that. There has to be some place to loosen the cable in order to install a new cable when it breaks. TO give it slack, I just can't find it. Thanks guys all your input its apprecialted!
