Center Carrier Bearing ??

Thanks to all for any suggestions and advise !

I remember reading a post on FTE about greasing the center carrier bearing on the drive shaft but can't seem to find it now . Can somebody explain how this is done ?

I'm going to be dropping the drive shaft to grease the splines with PTFE lube and thought about doing the carrier at the same time to get rid of the clunk and shudder when stepping on the skinny pedal .

Thank-you for any thoughts !

Thank-you Neal for that thread . I had read it already when I was searching for the clunking on this site. When I look at the carrier bearing , it looks like a sealed unit also but I'm not sure if someone posted how to grease it . Maybe I mis-understood when somebody posted about greasing the bearing .

If I am pulling the carrier bearing, a new bearing is going in.
