I'm sitting here going through forums as I'm listening for EVP's from our honeymoon trip to The Stanley Hotel last October. Ya, I should have gone through this evidence forever ago, but it takes forever to go through it. I have like 7 nights worth of audio & video evidence to go through (24 hrs a day worth). It's all great to have multiple cameras and recorders until you have to go through them looking for the evidence. LOL!!!
My stepson left for Nebraska yesterday for two weeks with his dad. I'm sure he'll have fun, but we hope he likes the idea of living there because he might be moving there with his dad in August. So we're trying to get him "used" to the idea of living there. He doesn't want to leave Las Vegas and the school he is at. (he's 9) We are leaving for San Diego at some point soon and his dad is leaving for Nebraska, so either way, he is going to be leaving the area. I feel bad for him, but he doesn't really have much choice in the matter. He kind of freaks out over changes like this, so we try and ease him into things like this. I personally never had to go through stuff like this when I was a kid (divorce and/or moving away from friends), so I can't really say I know what it's like for him. I mean, we know he will be just fine and will find other friends and such, but I'm sure he doesn't see it that way. However, it's kind of funny because a LOT of the kids in our neighborhood that he plays with are moving away this summer as well, so he's not the only one. Anyway, sorry to go off on a tangent...I guess this was just on my mind today when I logged in. Sorry to bore you all with it.
Well, I hope everyone had a great weekend and enjoys their Sunday!
Morning R1....I moved several times throughout my childhood and looked at it like a new adventure, we moved the first time when I was 8, then 12, then 16, and then 17, so it was an adjustment but kids are resilient and will adapt.
