Hello Everyone:

Well I submitted all the pre-employment paper work for the job in Iraq.

Now I just have to wait and see if my answers to their test questions are good-enough.

They said that any offer of employment would be sent by email and that I don't have to take any tools with me (what a relief), and that company uniforms are provided.

You guys were talking about head lamp upgrades and staying with the classic look.

Andy had mentioned Hella brand, which is what I went with.
Hella offers sealed beam conversion to replaceable halogen bulbs in both round and rectangular styles; and then I replaced the Hella halogen bulb with a xenon lamp.
I got mine through Summit.
I ordered the DOT version; if you order the European one then they don't have the DOT marked glass.

Someday I want to install HID bulbs into the the Hella bodies.
They have 'HI-LO kits' that allow a single HID bulb to be used for both the Hi & Low beam function which is what my van requires.
