Edge programmer issues

I have a 2006 F350 with an edge attitude programmer in it. I am having problems with the display staying powered on but not displaying anything. Also, after letting the truck sit for a bit the fuel pump will start clicking. Any advise?

The display issue seems to be the same thing I had happen with my insight. Call Edge support and they will target your device for an update by serial number. Then when you plug it into your computer and update it, it will download their update and all is well.

Ok, I am waiting on a return call from them now. Did you have other issues like mine when the dispaly was not working?

My Edge insights display would stay blank even with the keys off it would stay on with a blank screen.

The Insight and Attitude look to be built off of the same platform so I figure they probably have some of the same issues.

Ok, thanks. I will wait for their return call and see what they say. Guess I will have to wait until then to see if that is what is causing the fuel pump to click as well. Seems to be related.
