2002 F-150 Fx4

Hey i have a F-150 fx4 and the ac/heat controls dont light up every thing els is fine I even checked the fuses but I cant seem to find the problem any of you guys have any ideas?

I have the same issue with my 01...Hope someone can help us out.
I figured it was a bulb, but never looked.
