wow that looks great. wish i had time for that. wanna do mines next! lol! what brand rust converter and rust reformer did you use? was it from the eastwood comp.
I am on a laid off budget, haha , so I used napa brush on rust converter, with some rustoleum rust reformer that actually works surprisingly good, I also put some profession grade rust resistant rubberized paint over the reformer and so far after about 3 months in the michigan winter and all this rain here it hasnt rusted through. If you went with the napa converter I'd put two to three heavy coats on if rusted bad ... the bottle says thin coats but thats only if its light surface rust. I tried thin coats and exposed my test metal(a piece of my rusty rear wheel arch) to the elements for a couple days and it started to show through, but the heavy coats did well.
Has anybody put studs in used snow tires, I have the cooper discoverer m+s tires with the stud holes, but im not sure if 80% tread is good enough since ive heard you shouldn't stud used tires.
