i am a fleet manger of a good sized trucking outfit with a few 6 0's one of them just spit this code out and i wonder if anyone has had this code before and what is the way to fix it sorry it also had p0404

What year model?
P0672 is Glow Plug #2.
P404 is a bad EGR code. TSB 09-24-3 presents a calibration update that prevents a P0404 false code when the Turbo is the real issue.
Has the truck had any recent calibration updates?
