Cluster
Hi all,
I have a 05 E350 with 6.0 Diesel, the question I have is if I replace the instrument cluster with one from a junk yard will I have to do any other things to vehicle other than swap them. Before ya ask, old cluster has a short in the circuit board and unless I keep pressing on the odometer reset button all guages go out, including tach and speedo. Than truck goes into limp mode and radio turns off interior light comes on all on its own. I have slid a piece of plastic into the cluster spacing circuit board away from contacts in that area and everything works (sort of) no speedo and tach is out by 1000 rpm.
