dash gauge bulbs

does any body know what kinda of bulbs the dash lights take? thanks

GE 194, just replaced em all... suggest the same, cuz others will burn out soon enough. I bought a 20-pack for $7 on ebay.

ten four i was thinking bout possbly changin the color up mayby red or blue.

looks really good i wana get away from the ol plan green illum..i tried to get the clusted out today and i had the whole cluster moving but it wont come out far enough to unhook any thing or change bulbs. so i put it back together before i got agervated with it...any idea how u do this on 90 f1

Did you remove the bezel? If not, it's probably something like this...

Dash pad replacement, 92-96 - FSB Forums

You don't have to remove the radio, etc., obviously. To remove the cluster you have to remove the 4 bolts and wire harnesses (2).

i had every thing off. the clusted would come tords me and all but its like there isnt enough play in the wires/cables to get to were u can unplug them or replace bulbs.

I dunno... unless you can tilt it back so part goes in the dash and part sticks out, I think that's what I did.

u kno....i didnt think about that..ima go break out the spot lights, light up the neighbor hood and try that. thanks for the idea!

my bulbs i just ordered from ebay came in today straight from BFC (bum freaking china!) they seem cheap but hey you get what you pay for and i cant complain. ill be trying this one after i get off work tomorrow. if all goes well ill post up some pics as well.

now that u said that, that makes since cause few months ago the speedo came off and i could fit my hand back there to get it back on..now i cant..how do u go about gettin it off?

colord lights or just normal lights? deff put up some pics on here id like to see any thing.
