Is there a certain model number on the lock that fits? I went on Am
azon to order the McGard and it said it would not fit 2012 F350.

I too plan on getting the McGard's lock soon. By the way, when I had my custom car alarm installed they also installed a relay so it locks the tailgate when I arm the car alarm. Also there is a tilt sesor that will set off the alarm if the tailgate was opened. My remote for my car alarm is a 2 way so it will also alert me for up to a mile away. I think everyone should have this setup.
