I have a SBCC 350 that I drive with Menox Hand Controls so it easy for me to gauge brake travel and I noticed driving it the other day that it seemed as if it had softened up. 3k miles on her, noticed I was routinely getting about 3/8 closer to dash and had lost some of that rock hard feel.
So the best they could do is offer to reserve me a rental car at my expense.
Your vehicle is unacceptable to drive, due to you loosing your brakes, and their only willing to reserve your an rental car that you have to pay for? I would tell them that is completely "unacceptable"!
This thread has been out there for awhile, but I just started experiencing this issue. I noticed this while out of town and there was an awful noise coming from the front end. I looked underneath and saw the leaking fluid. When I checked the reservoir, it was almost empty! I filled it back up and the noise went away, but now I am leaking pretty bad.
Does anyone have info on what the problem was and what was needed to fix?
I will be taking my 2011 F350 in this week to get it repaired, but it always helps to have the solution before heading in...
Any info from previous repairs would be appreciated.
