I saw that early this morning, seems broken leg tapped 3 threads that were from 2011. I took the high road and didn't bust any *****
That because some recent changes that happened behind the scenes allows for a similar threads section at the bottom of the page no matter how old they are.
It's not "busting chops", I was just wondering why this was happening. Now we know. Perhaps the idea of listing ancient related threads needs some tweaking. I see at the bottom of this one now where the last post is just shy of 10(!!!!!) years ago. I seriously doubt it's relavent. LOL
I don't mind people bumping old threads if the topic is still relevant, like a technical thread.
I have noticed the "similar threads" below, and I like it. I also like when people use a search function and put similar issues in existing threads.
I like it too, but like I said, it needs tweaked. The "similar threads" in this window aren't even close. LOL Mayb iB needed more traffic, so digging up 5-10 year old threads for people to reply to helps.
