You can't reprogram that factory code. All you can do is add additional codes as per the instructions in the owner's manual.

For my 2004 Expedition the keyless entry keycode is easiest viewed behind the glove box. Open the glove box and pull the two sides of it inwards until the tabs allow you to fold the glove box all the way down (open). Look way in the back towards the front wheel. There is a black box mounted on the outer wall with 3 plugs in it (Grey, Green, and Blue). In sunlight (after your eyes adjust) or with a flashlight you should be able to see a big white sticker with the 5 digit code in relatively big bold numbers. The sticker will be facing the driver side, not towards you, so you may have to get just the right angle or maybe use a mirror (I didn't need one). When you punch the code in, the locks will make a clicking noise confirming it is the correct code. You can then use that code, or add your own.
