It's called a Fumoto valve. Got it on line from YM International Co. Bellevue WA. 1 866 822 5689. I think the site is:quickoildrainvalve.com. As to when to do an oil analysis, it's easiest while changing oil. If you do your own just dip a jar full about half way through the draining process. If you have it done just give them the sample jar and ask them to dip it full. I did my last one half way through the change cycle. Just warmed the truck up and opened the valve and got a sample. No fuss no muss.

Not real sure. It's a bit smaller than the plug but you will get a good flow.
