manual hub conversion kit

i'm looking for a manual hub conversion kit for my 1999 expedition,
does anyone know if there is a kit like this.

This body style doesn't work like that, the hub is splined for the shaft, and turns it all the time, i.e., no way to disengage it.

I can't answer with certainty but if you call Pungo Off Road in Va.Bch. they will have the answer. It may take a lot of parts and labor. $$$$

I am curious as to why to you want to go with a manual set-up. I have a '98 and will be installing a Posi-Lok cable ( hopefully later today) to replace the vacuum actuator on my front axle. It's not quite the same as manual locking hubs, but a similiar idea. If your truck has the vacuum actuator on the front axle, the Posi-Lok might be along the lines of what you are looking for. I thought Ford only used the vacuum set up on the Expedition in '97 & '98' models, but i could be wrong.
