does anyone know where i could buy frosted plexiglass? i am helping my friend make this DJ "facade" thing and all we could find today was clear plexiglass, besides at this crafts store that had frosted for $350. we need big 24x48 sheets, and not online. its going to look like this:
im not sure if its even called frosted plexiglass but we are looking for a kind that distorts the view. thank you
The home centers sell "stick on" sheets of many different types of window coverings. I have a frosted one for my bathroom window. You can't tell that the window didn't come frosted. It should accomplish the same thing on plexi. Not too expensive either.
we saw that but i wasnt sure what to think of it. nice to know it works good. im going to see what he thinks of that. the clear plexiglass is only around 22$ for the 24x48 sheets too. thanks greg
No problem. We are planning on getting a couple more "stained glass" for the kitchen since we like the light, but not if we have to stare at the neighbors.
yeah the whole purpose of this thing is to hide his dj table and equipment so the clear plexiglass wouldnt have been too useful lol. and the lights he is buying should illuminate the entire panel nicely with the frosted
Just finished packing for the race..going to see my friend Ian now since he has to go back to the marines Sunday And won't be back till December. Then I go to sleep for about 3 hours and head to the races
Anybody interested in helping me weld some plate steel fillers for my trailer ramps this weekend? I may have to tow a GT500 on my trailer to Tasca on Friday, and I'd like to have a smooth ramp for him. Ultimately, I'd like to have longer ramps made, but I think making removable fillers would work for now.
Thx.
I would offer, if it wasnt so close to Monson, and the truck was ready.
Hey everyone. Just stopping by to say hello and to ask a question. I have a set of seat covers for a 2009 F150 that were never used because I never got that truck. They are the tan or camel color and fit a supercrew with the split bench front seat. Does anyone have any experience with the classified section on here or should I just use ebay. I just need to get rid of them as they are useless to me. I have a 2011 F150 with the grey interior and the seats have changed. Thanks for any help.
Mike
