i have used rear window wiper motors from various people mover type vehicles in the past with great success. They are easy to mount and adapt arms to and often have a two speed switch. Try something like a Dodge Caravan or similiar.

So did my 49 F-1 but I want the passengers to see too so I'm converting it to two wipers. It is an easy conversion if you have the parts...
