motor comming out
It should be out tomoro . But the eng is siezed solid so I cannot unbolt the tourq converter from the flex plate will this be a problem I am not all that savy on automatics will the eng pull away from the trans with the converter still bolted to the flex plate ?

not too much of a problem. you will unbolt the 6 bolts from the bellhousing to the block, drop your driveline, unbolt your transmission cross member and slide the tranny back enough for the torque converter to slip off the transmission input shaft. maybe 6" or so. then you will have access all the way around it. just be ready for it to pour some atf outta there.

Well its out did not have to drop crossmember on trans and slide trans and t case back . Did have to unbolt trans from cross member and put block of wood under it with a floor jack disconenct shift linkeage from trans and tcase then lift eng and jack trans at same time take oil filter off it helps LOL then wen eng seperates from trans remove tourqconverter to get the eng the rest of way out. You need every thing off the front of eng makes life way easyer .
