JEGS will have the flex plate. LoKar will have the shifter. NAPA will have a radiator with integral cooler and the 5/16 lines to connect the transmission to the cooler. Broader will have a reliable C6 and your local driveline shop will be able to shorten the drive shaft. Save all your castoff parts many here are going the other way. You will need to cut the rivets holding the front crossmember so you can remove it and reinstall it after the swap using grade 5 bolts. You will likely need to change the rear gear ratio. Fairly uncomplicated swap not cheap! IMHO!
What and where should I be looking for a flex plate and balancer? I'm running a 360. Local indie and chain autoparts stores. You don't need the balancer if the 360 already has one.

Harmonic balancer different beginning in 1968 when 360/390's were introduced in F100/350's. And it fits faaar more than just F100/350's, as you can see.

You don't need to change the radiator! Buy an external trans cooler (there are several different sizes) from any autoparts store. It mounts in front of the radiator.
You do not need to remove the front crossmember. FE engine supports (towers/stands/perches), rubber insulators are the same 1965/76 F100/250 2WD, 1966 F100 4WD, 1967/76 F350.
1969/76 F100/350 with power steering use a different left engine support.
Same applications as above: The rear engine support (some people call this a trans crossmember) bolts on.
