Flex plate or Torque Converter??

Flex plate or Torque Converter??
I have a 2000 f250, last week it started knocking but only at idle and I have been trying to figure out where its coming from. The other night I was in traffic and put the truck neutral and the knocking went away but as soon as I put it in drive it comes back. I was wondering if this could be a flex plate or my torque converter going bad or in the worst case a rod knock? Thanks Cody.

Pull your TC cover off and shine a bright light on the bolts that hold the Flexplate to the crank. They like to crack around the bolts.
usually the TC's are noisy when unlocked, and they hush up when they lock up. Sounds like maybe its your flexplate to me.
