Can't Use CD Player
I have a 2000 expedition that has the 6 disc cd changer in the middle console but no "CD" button on the dash stereo that would allow me to listen to the cds. Does anyone have any solutions or advice on what I can do?

Does there look to be any problem with the cartridge that holds the CDs? Any reason it would jam or not feed properly?
Other than that, I don't have any solutions other than a faulty CD changer. I had the same option in my 97 and, to be perfectly honest, it wasn't that good. It played CDs fine but whenever I hit a sizable bump on the road the player skipped.
I eventually removed the CD player from the console and installed an aftermarket CD player in place of the factory head unit.
