I have a 2011 F350 with the navigation system. Today I was recording a CD to the media player and before the CD ended there was a funny sound and everything stopped. Now I can not eject the CD. I can not even get the player to accept the CD function. Is this a dealer job or does any one know how to get the CD out?

This happens on all the 99 up super duties. Ive heard everything from hitting the dash real hard works if not remove the radio and you can take the radio apart and get the CD

I've got a tape stuck in the 99. But the CD player gets stuck and screws up quite often too.

 

It seems the radio fixed itself. After setting overnight I was on the way to the dealer and decided to give it one more try. The CD came right out and has been working fine ever since. Go figure.
