Great point, but from what I have been reading its starting to sound like the solenoid. Its jumping 200-300 rpm (not coming out of OD or down shifting) when it comes to temp. It is randomly doing it and only at about 60-70 mph. Solenoid? or am I way off base here. Removing ICP mod didn't change a thing. I don't have much experience diagnosing auto trannys. Thanks again for all the help

Drive it with the CC.
Use the buttons to control the speed up/down.
This may show if its a motor or trans issue.
The oem tach is worthless.
The only way an e4od can set a slip code is while its in od at speed.

I added Lucas oil transmission additive and it ran perfect all day today. I'm still curious to see if I'm out of the woods, so I'll let ya'll know what transpires this week. Thanks again for all of the advice
