Roll A Long
Guys in general discussion suggested I ask my question here! Seen it asked before, however no complete answer. Web site non existent, so what is the "Roll-A-long" package on my 2003 F450 XLT Dually? Big emblem on tail gate. Got original sticker from Ford, not on it. Know it's aftermarket but not sure what they did to the truck. Any help appreciated. Thanks

I've wondered the same thing, since we see a few of those here in So Cal. I've never seen a definitive explanation, but I believe it was mostly cosmetic stuff. Like a big aluminum rear bumper with receiver, which looks a little like a big rig bumper. Maybe tube rails on the bed sides, and aluminum running boards. Front push bars. I don't believe it had any powertrain mods. The remaining question in my mind is if it included any interior or seat changes. Since I have only seen them driving around, I cannot tell. I was stuck in the service lane behind one at the dealer a few years ago, and the owner and I chatted. He showed me a few of the things that he though were part of it, but since it came that way from the dealers lot, I don't think he had full knowledge either.
Roll-A-Long was an aftermarket thing, kind of like Centurion, and not a Ford built package.
Why not post some pics of your truck and maybe we can identify the non-stock items?

Roll A Long Package
My truck has a Roll A Long package, it is basically anything you wanted, there were no set options
I had my windows tinted, linex bedliner, power window in rear, pinstripe/paint, running boards, mudflaps, fog lights instead of tow hooks, and seat heaters installed.
I'm sorry to see they are out of business because 10 years later, I still love my truck and the work they arranged to be completed is flawless.

Gas cap
Funny you asked that. I had to buy an over the counter locking cap for mine. No evidence roll a long was even in business on the net. Replies in this thread seem to be right. Socal company for aftermarket. Got my original invoice and build sheet from Ford, did not shed any light on aftermarket stuff on my F450. Everything was right on original factory sticker with exception of Roll A Long badge! Love my truck anyway!

I know this thread is waaay old , but my girlfriends dad has a 06 F-350 Powerstroke Roll a long that he bought brand new. They put nice chrome 18" wheels, more off road type tires 325/65/18 , AMP research auto steps and a few really small almost un noticeable interior things and of course the tailgate badge.
