i have no idea were cody is i asumed hes is georgia with the rest of them. I think they spend to much time messing around on the internet instead of just taking phone calls and if they are growing so fast why dont they hire more phone attendents

Has anyone eles had any kind of problems with them? I have been waiting close to a hour and a half for a call from bill and have not yet recieved it

Not that I have to explain our purchasing to anyone, but here's the deal. We normally keep anywhere from 25 to 40 chip in stock on the shelf and keep orders coming in every week. Towards the end of March we had a large order with TS for chips and at some point we were told they would be delayed due to supply chain issues from their manufacturer. At first it was 7-10 days and eventually turned into almost 3 weeks. We had depleted our inventory and simply had to wait until we got more chips. There's nothing we (or TS) could do to speed up delivery. As TS got chips in, they sent us what they had... keeping in mind that they have hundreds of dealers and customers that were all waiting for chips. They sent us a small batch Friday and another batch yesterday so we could get our orders out as best as possible.

At the time we processed your order, we were not anticipating any problem with shipping the chip.

Of course you paid for them, but for the price it's still cheaper than practically any other setup out there.

Avoid websites that offer to scan and fix your computer. It's all crap and you'll actually end up downloading spyware and malware. The MSCOMM32.OCX issue is a common one and is very easy to fix. Once we're able to get in touch with you, we can have it fixed in a few minutes. Microsoft may have some utilities, but they're not in the antivirus business and doubt they have anything helpful.
i apoligize i was just upset about the whole situation. But what makes me mad again is there was no communication that you were running erands. BUT I UNDERSTAND THAT TOO I HELP MY DAD RUN A FARM AND SOME TIMES DONT CALL TO LET HIM KNOW IM RUNNING BEHIND WITH THE PARTS IM SUPPOSTA GET TO HIM.
Glad you got it worked out, maybe I was just lucky ( I doubt it ) but I've ALWAYS got great customer service from PHP. Now you can really enjoy your truck.
we will see i have to get my hair cut at 3pm so in the mean time ups should pay me a visit haha after last nights snow storm it kinda put out my fire of aticipation but the raods are starting to dry up it should be fun. I think i have the mod sickness now im already looking into injectors now but i think the trans is gunna come first hahaha
