That's not really that long of a wait, especially considering it's after normal business hours. Bill and his employees do have a family life so you will likely have to wait until at least tomorrow to hear back from them. Odds are you'll likely get the same slow response from other tuners after hours.

It might take a while for a response. They also have a forum if you want to post a question: Power Hungry Performance Forum. What's going on? We should be able to help out here as well.

I know of one member on here they gave the run around about sending him his reburn back. But like Chris said that's a super short time in tunerland.
Also, are you getting a reburn? If you haven't purchased a chip and say you are going to then the call back time is a bit longer. You have to realize that these tuning companies have a ton of people each day claim they are going to call back and order and this and that..

i purchased the fu package. It started out the the chips were backordered i can understand that, but what i dont understand is why they wouldnt carry more on the back shelve if they are in such a big demand, i talked with cody and one day they got 11 and the next day 16, i just dont understand why they dont order a bigger qauntity from the get go. Keeping in mind that this was all of 2 1/2 weeks ago now going on 3. I had recieved a email from bill with activation code and the go ahead to download phoenix flash. Went ahead and did so, it took the activation code and when i tried to fill out registration it needed an updated. I updated it and then got a Commponet MSCOMM32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly regestered: a file is missing or invaild. Then i called spoke to cody and he talked to bill about the evening phone bc of my school schedule. Im not the only one that haas had the problem and the other guy i talked to said its been nothing but problems with php's software and service and not returning calls. Sorry for the losg post but im irate right now

If you are that upset I would say cancel your order and get a chip from someone that will take care of you.
I refuse to do business with companies that won't answer phones or take care of me..
(To be clear.. This is not an attack on PHP or a plug for any tuner)

its to late to cancel it should be here tomarrow according to cody it will be useless if the software doesnt get taken care of. Im just a little honked off theat they had no problem taking the money out of my account right away

i have no idea were cody is i asumed hes is georgia with the rest of them. I think they spend to much time messing around on the internet instead of just taking phone calls and if they are growing so fast why dont they hire more phone attendents

I'm not familiar with the fu package but I got the phoenix chip and I'm really happy with that. With all the variations with windows maybe that is a problem. I liked the older version of windows XP. Not sure why they have to screw up something that works other than they need to create new profits.
Be patient and I'm sure things will get worked out.

As mentioned before the solution does seem to be to unregister the MSCOMM32.OCX file. Worked for me on my Vista PC.
1) Start a DOS prompt as an administrator.
2) Type regsvr32 /u mscomm32.ocx
I had a very small problem with a /dll file while trying to install the Phoenix Flash software. By googling the error I was able to fix the problem

i guess waiting and being patient is all i can do at this point. The fu stands for Free Updatable. It comes with a burnner so you can update it when ever you want without sending it back and all tunes are free too or on the other hand probably payed for them haha

i found on windows website a couple of scans that should repair all errors on the computer and is also stated that they will make the computer run slow and once in awhile it has been acting up maybe thats has something to do with it

i dont know where they get the chips but a lot of parts come for Japan, they make a lot of the worlds electronics so that might be something to think about. i do not have a chip, but all of the guys that you read that have 1 have a good report.
