Turbo and programmer question
Curious which programmer is best for 2008 F-350, Spartan or H&S or other? Also truck is currently in for turbo replacement curious to know if there are any known causes. And if so if one turbo is being replaced is there a strong chance the other is not far from replacement and could this be caused by waste gate malfunction or other?

I live and canada, so emissions are not legal regulation. I plan on putting a programmer, intake and exhaust on this truck to primarily assist with fuel mileage and power from what ive learnt so far spartan and H&S are my best option just curious to hear others opinions on it.
