If you are simply reinstalling a stock GTP38 then I would get this kit,

john thank you for the info. i ordered the kit. it looks to be what i need. change out reason? wastegate is frozen. how this happens is what i'd like to know. got the truck in april of 2010 with 77,000 mi. 81,000 at present .getting 13 mpg. brought to dealer that i use to sell for hoping that they could free it up. not! replace i was told $1500. for turbo and $500. labor. bought from tubopros.com for$625.delivered and a friend and i are going to do it. again thank you john. or is it big al thank you.
