More than likely it was not the IPR. With you jumping the truck, you provided more cranking amps. That may indicate weak batteries or could even be a bad starter.

If you refilled the HPOP reservoir and still got 0 psi and 64% duty cycle while cranking, I wouldn't just write it off to batteries. Something to keep an eye on. If you decide to pull the IPR, make sure you've got some new o-rings to use when you stick it back in.

He also has the gray CPA in the truck. I ordered one from clay to replace it. I can't remember.....do u do anything to the IPR when you rebuild the hpop res. Did mine last year but I can't remember. It takes 3-5 seconds to start then runs a little rough. I will stick the cps in and see if anything changes. He needed it and for now it will start.
