I believe you can swap out a complete 79 F150 front and rear set, but you will be widening your foot print, and not to sure about the rear spring pad width.
I am sure someone with alot more bronco experience will chime in.

Alright, well i got all the pieces for the all ford conversion and got all new parts and everything for it and i got the new balljoints in the nuckles, now i have a problem. what is the correct procedure for putting the nuckles back in and the adjusting on the preload on the upper inner C where the upper ball joint fits into? i want to make sure i got this correct cuz i threw it in and started tightening the castle nut it sucked the joint out of the ball i stopped and pushed it back in. so any info would be great
thanks
Not sure what prts U used - ie EB and F250. I No U wanna put discs up frnt. I'm KINDA thinkin of somewhat the same thing (F250 outters n axels into EB, ie 1 tuns up frnt). Let's have U detail out what U got to C what the prob may B (ie knucks, calipers, etc). Did U get chebby or what? Details, man...( not that I'd No, but "4 the guys"...
well i got the problem fixed, but its the link above for all ford parts conversion, from a 78 f-150 everything from the nuckles out is needed and i got it annd replaced everything that is replacable, ie bearings, balljoints, pads, calipers, u-joints, and some warn lockouts. its a very simple swap once you do it, unless it fights you every step of the way, like it did for me, my biggest was not having the right cups for the ball joint press, once gotten the 4wd adapter set i was golden. umm... nothing else i can think of. and the only difference with chevy parts is just easier to find in JY. i would just keep it all ford. Oh! get a upper balljoint preload adapter tool. makes things so much easier 24 bucks at a snapon truck. if you anyone has questions about this swap ask away ill give you the best answer i can. have fun all!
