45* 3" PVC coupling..a plug for one end..a rubber boot 3" to a 4" for the other end..air reg and air fitting...glue plug on one end..drill and tap for air reg with air fitting for hose..scuff the othe end of the 45* with sand paper..clamp on boot...
ok i never thought of using the boot thats already on the turbo i was going to clamp it directly on the turbo..can i just get a cap that fits in the boot already on the truck and just clamp the cap in the boot...and tap the boot for the air fitting??
tap the cap..the boot wont hold threads..be careful using the stock intake tube..there not made for PSI..there made for vacume..i have a spare tube..thats why i use it..you could split it when adding PSI..a 4" down to a 3" boot right to the turbo is much better if you dont have a spare tube..ive had mine up to 40 PSI a couple times..the tube swells right up lol..keep your head out of the way in case she deside to pop off..
20 should be plenty but you can try 25..bring the pressure up slowly..you will need to find a way to plug the hole where the green tube from the map sensor is though..
ahhh screw it looks like i'm just going to buy a rubber coupler house and a pvc cap and just do it that way...on my stock turbo what OD is the turbo inlet???
