Here's a pretty accurate conversion link. For what it's worth, I've got 275/70-18 Goodyears and they're just a little under 34".

It doesn't rub on my F-250 but I don't think it will on your 150 either. It shouldn't as the 275/65-18 is one of the standard sizes for the 250 / 350 and the 275/70-18 is only a little larger diameter. Going from your tires to the 275/70, there should be about a 1" difference in overall diameter.

when i went from 275/65's to 275/70's it filled in the fender gaps just enough to not make it look like they were too big. I didn't notice the new tires making the truck sit much higher, but everyone at work seemed to think that they did. if you look in my pictures you can get a pretty good idea of what yours will look like.

Here's my 11 with 275/70-18 E range Goodyear Silent Armours. There is more clearance between the tire and the front wheel wells on the 11 then there was on my 07. There is absolutely no need for a leveling kit. However, if you opt to add one, be sure to deactivate your EPS (electric power steering) before doing any work to the suspension or steering. You'll be replacing the rack otherwise.

are your headlights outlined in black or gray? Only reason i ask, is i know for a while the FX2's had gray and the Raptor had black. I really like them, they look much better than the all chrome ones like mine.
