Seen a few broncos of our gen with them. Look pretty cool with a sas and built to crawl. I dont know if it would look cool with a semi stock truck.

Might be cool. I would want to be able to reinstall normal doors for the road if it was a dual purpose truck.

Did a lil' searching for ya...

http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showt...ght=tube+doors

Tube Doors I made for my bronco - Pirate4x4.Com Bulletin Board

Exploder gets tube doors. - Pirate4x4.Com Bulletin Board

Personally, I like how they cut down the stock doors instead of the tube doors.

Are you doing this just for visibility offroad? Or for extra ventilation in the summer?

I've seen half door kits for the Broncos, so it should be a straight swap.

Best set I ever saw was made for a toyota. They took some manual crank window doors and removed the window, then took a air grinder and cut the door down lower, then welded a new piece on top to close the hole. Then they got someone to make them some convertible type plastic windows that snapped on.

I just did this with my buddy on his bronco, you have to drill out the knurled end of the door pin with a right angle drill then knock the pins out. Cut all the wires apparently if there are any colors duplicated it doesn't matter because rich didn't have any problems using a 12 pin and a 6 pin molex connector on each door and matching colors. Then drill out the hinges to 3/8" you will have to remove the upper door side hinge to drill it straight. Use four 4.5" X 3/8" bolts and taper the bottom 3/4" so they will fit back in easily. Reinstall the door hinge by matching up the paint marks, grab a buddy and reinstall the door. The hinges didn't require any adjustment and they were remarcably tight.
