Front left brake hung up

was out the other day to haul a car for a buddy, and i realized my truck was pulling to the left side I thought hmm thats wierd.... continued to drive and realized it was pulling harder and harder... and started getting a vibration... I finished what i was doin and pull her in the garage when i get home, pull it apart and find that the one mounting bolt is broke off in the slide pin... so i go to ford and get new pins and bolts, had a heck of a time getting the caliper off of the rotor and when i went to put it all back together the one piston didnt want to compress very easily..(it was pretty hard actually lol) but anyhow i figured that broken bolt was causing the caliper to **** crooked and bind everything up.. so i get everything buttoned up and back together... took it for a small test drive, and all seemed well. Well went to haul some gravel couple days ago and same thing.... so now the rotor is warped and i'm pretty sure i'm gonna need a caliper cause i cant find a rebuild kit anywhere... so I guess im asking where would you all get these things...? I hate when i do something and find out later if i would of spent a little more money i could of had something better.... thanks to all in advance.
