An old thread from 2011 that just won't die.
No one complained until some guy woke this back up 18 months later to complain.
Yes, details would have been a better approach but topic shift happens in other forums except those forums where moderators delete everything to keep it under control.
Topic shift happens in real life, too.
Tuning simply wasn't popular here even early in 2011 for the 6.7L.
It was only a handful at the time so technical details would have been few.

Honestly , I came across the op topic because I am contemplating tuning my truck after I get 30 k or so on it .
I just want to delete PDF, and go with stock tune, and better tranny tuning.
Just got a little aggravated with the preaching and thought I would do a little of my own.
Besides , every thread deserves a rebirth once in a while

There are good threads here now, especially at year three of the 6.7L.
Or those who have done it would be able to provide input.
Better start buying the stuff now, it's starting to disappear off the general market.
