Speaking as a malcontent--
Removing the various DEF/DPF items might be fun, but you are going to increase your truck's pollution to the air we breathe. And believe it or not, you are increasing it by a factor of thousands, not just a little.
There's no conspiracy to screw with diesel trucks, there is a conspiracy to stop clouds of black smoke. Just like in motorcycle world all it takes is one unmuffled Harley or sport bike, and the next thing you know EPA passes a law to stop motorcycle exhaust modifications.
The average soccer mom out there doesn't get the black clouds and noise from diesel trucks as anything but a total nuisance, and they all vote. And there are a 100x more of them than us.
I am not a tree hugger, but there are negatives to what you are doing beyond voiding the warranty.

Now fire me!!
Amen brother! I was driving down a highway last weekend when a Dodge went by me with a dual stack setup. He slowed down and then floored it. Left a black soot cloud that I ended up sucking in... For what reason???? To look cool??
Fellas, this is defenitely an April fools prank/troll........There is no way, this guy couldn't have anything like this installed in two hours, plus it sounds so rediculous it CAN'T possibly be true.

Tried to hint at that earlier (see a few posts back). Definitely calling shenanigans

Really an April fools Joke, You guys should get out more, there are thousands of these mods completed in the US!! Go to you tube and put in DPF DELETE and watch for yourself and yes it can be done in under 2 hours. It actually is very simple to do. Also you get 6 to 8 mpg increase and with todays fuel prices, sounds pretty good to me!

I don't think its a factor of 1000's, so with your thinking is it better to waste 50% more fuel or have a little dirtier exhaust until the turbo spools and cleans it up?? I say whatever is done with emissions controls should not lead to LESS fuel economy, but that has been what has happened. The other factor is alot of us don't trust the EPA and think they have an agenda. for one there is some debate on if oxides of nitrates are the problem or if its carbon monoxide. if someone stands to gain 50% in fuel mileage I don't blame them for a DPF delete, honestly if my truck did that I would likely do it to. however mine does not.
I don't believe in man made global warming, did you know the warmest year was 1998 that means its been cooler since. don't believe what the media tells you.
I know on my old 6.4 it only took about 2hrs to acomplish a delete, which got 10mpg unloaded and 6-7 towing stock. So far the new 6.7 is way better so I have been holding off.

6 to 8 mpg isn't worth no warranty. To each his own......still stupid in my opinion.
I'm getting 18-23 on my unloaded 6.4l, and she runs like a top!
sorry.. maybe on the dash console.. but the real calculated mileage isn't anywhere near 23..
I just drove my 6.4 newly spartanized with doc/dpf delete my first 100 miles. the console showed 20.5-23.3. but hand calculated only 13.6, up from 12.5 typically for this same kind of travel.. I'm in an 08 DRW (4.10 rear). the 08 250's only had 3.73 rears, so not a significant change..
If it all, maybe after the warranty expires, til then WAY TOO RISKY...And I still say more than two...emptying coolant, removing hoses, air intake and EGR unit...add coolant intake plug plates, sensor mount and block plug plate, I don't know seems like it would take longer...Not to mention the programming.
Can't wait to do this on my truck once these tuners are proven on the '11 model. I would love to have some decent acceleration, like everyone has been talking about. And I don't thing one would likely see an 8 MPG increase after deleting all the EPA junk. From people I have personally talked to that have done this already, 3 MPG is the likely average increase with the stated mods. But they are still working on the tunes and transmission programming, so I will wait until someone I trust has done it on a similar vehicle, and put some miles under their belts with no problems.
As I rack up miles, my fuel economy seems to have crept upwards again, and I'm seeing 17 to 18 mpg's on Winter fuel city/highway mix, with the 4.30 axles. That should theoretically translate to 19 to 20 mpg on Summer fuel.
If a tuner can add another 3 mpg, that will put me ahead of my '06 Powerstroke's numbers - a best of 22 mpg over a 5 hour drive (but usually around 18). Yes, it too was tuned.
Warranties are not automatically voided because you have tinted your windows, or added fuzzy dice, or even a tuner. In most cases, there has to be a factual connection with your problem and modification.
I remember back in the 60's, some people said the muscle car had way too much power, and the engines and drivetrains could never take a single upgrade. Unless you've missed a significant portion of automotive history, you will notice that improvements continue despite sometimes violent opposition from potential benefactors.
If you believe your truck has hit a technological/performance apex, by all means do not improve your trucks! If this is true, in 50 years our trucks will be exactly as they are today if indeed they can not be reliably improved upon.
