That's it. What transmission does your truck have and which one is in the donor?
Really the only wires you need are for the injectors and the MAF meter, but you also need these complete from these devices all the way back to the EEC connector, so you can't simply disconnect the engine harness at the block connectors and re-attach the MAF version, you have to add wiring for these devices from the block connectors back to the EEC as well. So I'm gonna suggest you not try to do a complete wiring harness swap since it is integrated into the chassis harness and will contain a lot of extra wiring you may not need. Instead cut the harness out of the donor making sure to not cut any engine specific wires, and then remove the wires for the devices mentioned above and create a little overlay harness to add to your truck. You will then have to disassemble the EEC connector in your truck and add these wires.

We are swiching cpu's and so if i cut the harness out of the donor and mine making sure to not cut any engine specific wires, and then remove the wires for the devices will it be hard to put the sd on his truck and maf on mine? Then how will we re-pin our ecu's to the wiring is there a diagram these are both non ho blocks.

hang tight here. dont use the truck harness. the trucks didnt have 4wABS like the bronco's have. You want to find a 93-95 bronco running a 5.0/e4od and mass air. the entire harness should unhook where the ecu meets the firewall. NO wires to cut. grab the computer , maf and intake tubing and box if still there and your done. swap the harness's one for one.
